Madison Logistics Center is a three-building Class A industrial center developed by LDK Ventures in Nampa, Idaho. LDK acquired the approximately 20-acre property in May 2021 and completed construction in July 2023, creating a modern industrial campus designed to serve a range of users throughout the growing Treasure Valley. Following completion, LDK sold Buildings B and C while retaining Building A within its portfolio.
Building A provides the flexibility to accommodate both smaller and larger industrial users, with completed spec office space available to support near-term occupancy.
