New Three Building Logistics Center in Nampa, ID
LDK Ventures acquired the property in May of 2021. The property consists of a 20 acres located in Nampa, Idaho and will be developed into the Madison Logistics Center, a three building industrial project. The property benefits from existing entitlements and excellent accessibility to to Interstate 84. Construction began in February 2022. Each multi-tenant building consists of 115,008 square feet and can accommodate up to four tenants. Madison Logistics Center completed construction in July 2023 and is ready for occupancy.
The three buildings will total 345,024 square feet and will be delivered in warm grey shell condition.
The logistics center will be built to Class A specifications:
- 32’ clear height
- ESFR sprinklers
- 208’ truck courts with ample trailer parking
- Dock and grade level access
