LDK Ventures acquired the Boise Logistics Center in October of 2020 and repositioned the asset through a capex improvement program that included the replacement of the roof and asphalt paving. The property was previously the ShopKo distribution facility until the company went bankrupt.
Less than five months after acquiring this property, LDK Ventures entered into a long term lease including the entire 350,0000 square foot building along with the additional 16 acres of adjacent land to The AZEK company.
