One of Boise Metropolitan Area's Largest Class A Facilities
LDK Ventures acquired the vacant Boise Logistics Center in October of 2020. The property consists of a 350,000 square foot distribution facility located on 50 acres off the Gowen and I-84 interchange and was used as the ShopKo distribution center, until the company went bankrupt. Boise Logistics Center is one of the largest industrial buildings in the Boise metropolitan area. It is also one of the few buildings over 100,000 square feet of existing Class A distribution space available in the entire Treasure Valley (Boise Metropolitan Area) industrial market.
LDK purchased the property vacant and repositioned the asset through a capex improvement program that included the replacement of the roof and asphalt paving.
Less than five months after acquiring this property, LDK Ventures entered into a longterm lease including the entire 350,0000 square foot building along with the additional 16 acres of adjacent land to The AZEK company.
In March 2022, the asset was sold to Greenlaw/Invesco.
