One of Boise Metropolitan Area's Largest Class A Facilities
LDK Ventures acquired the vacant Boise Logistics Center in October of 2020. The property consists of a 350,000 square foot distribution facility located on 50 acres off the Gowen and I-84 interchange and was used as the ShopKo distribution center, until the company went bankrupt. Boise Logistics Center is one of the largest industrial buildings in the Boise metropolitan area. It is also one of the few buildings over 100,000 square feet of existing Class A distribution space available in the entire Treasure Valley (Boise Metropolitan Area) industrial market.
The property benefits from Class A specifications: 39' clear height, ESFR sprinklers and 200' truck courts with ample trailer parking.
LDK purchased the property vacant and is repositioning the asset through a capex improvement program that will include the replacement of the roof and asphalt paving. The property will be ready for immediate tenancy in Q1 '21 for regional warehouse and distribution users.
Less than five months after acquiring this property, LDK Ventures entered into a long-term lease with The Azek Company, that includes the entire 350,0000 square foot building along with the additional 16 acres of adjacent land.
