Logistics Center in Nampa ready for occupancy in September 2023.
LDK Ventures acquired the 42 acre site in Nampa, Idaho in August 2021. It is planned for a 3 Class A industrial/distribution buildings totaling 585,000 square feet. The project boasts excellent freeway frontage and is immediately adjacent to the newly built Northside & I-84 interchange.
The logistics center will be built to Class A specifications :
- 32’ clear height
- ESFR sprinklers
- 208’ truck courts with ample trailer parking
- dock and grade level access
- above standard parking - 600 vehicle and 119 trailer
- An additional 6 acres will be available for tenant related yard storage
Phase 1 construction commenced in November 2022 on a 270,000 square foot spec building. Northside Logistics Center will complete the first phase and will be ready for occupancy in September 2023.
