LDK Ventures acquired the Integra Peaks project mid-construction in September of 2022 with 1031 proceeds. The property consists of a 300 unit garden-style multifamily property located in the master planned community Damonte Ranch.
Integra Peaks consists of four-story, elevator-served residential buildings and two-story, carriage-style buildings. The unit interiors feature vinyl plank flooring, vaulted ceilings on fourth-floor units, island kitchens, high-end energy efficient appliances, tiled showers and baths, LED lighting and private balconies with mountain views. Community amenities include a standalone clubhouse offering a fitness facility with separate yoga and spin rooms, a cybercafé, resort-style pool, cabanas, outdoor firepits and a dog park.
The Garibaldi Company is performing all property management services for the property. The property further expands LDK’s multifamily portfolio, and it is the company’s second property acquisition in the Reno, NV market.
