A Leading E-Commerce Distribution Center
LDK Ventures purchased the existing 840,000 square foot warehouse on the 150-acre site in September of 2017. The warehouse was the former northern California distribution facility for Lucky’s and SaveMart. LDK repositioned the warehouse with cosmetic and site improvements which greatly improved the marketability of the building. Within two years, the ownership succesfully leased the entire building to two e-commerce tenants for mission critical distribution facilities.
LDK sold the building to Ranger Northbay LLC, an affiliate of DRA Advisors.
