A Leading E-Commerce Distribution Center

LDK Ventures purchased an 840K sf existing warehouse on a 150-acre site in Vacaville, CA in September of 2017. The property was purchased with an institutional equity investor and lender.

LDK secured entitlements for an additional 700K sf of distribution and light industrial buildings on the remaining adjacent land.

The property was the former northern California distribution facility for Lucky’s and SaveMart. LDK repositioned the warehouse with cosmetic and site improvements which greatly improved the marketability of the building. Within two years, the ownership successfully leased the entire building to two e-commerce tenants for mission critical distribution facilities.

LDK Ventures sold the building fully leased in October 2021.
