The McClellan Logistics Center II consists of two Class A warehouse buildings, totaling 313,913 square feet, on Winters Street.

- 130’ truck courts
- 9’X10’ dock doors
- clear height ranging from 28’ to 32’
- 50’X 54’ column spacing
- ESFR fire sprinkler systems
McClellan Logistics Center II is located along the I-80/Winters Street Interchange, minutes from downtown Sacramento. The site offers visibility from Interstate 80.
The project completed construction in November of 2022; Building A is 100% leased with tenant improvements underway.
