New Development in McClellan Park

The McClellan Logistics Center II will consist of three Class A warehouse buildings, totaling 389,029 square feet, on Winters Street and bounded by Dudley Boulevard and McClellan Park Drive. As the second new industrial warehouse project along Winters Street to be built in McClellan Park, the location is key as it further establishes the westside gateway to McClellan Park’s future development opportunities.

Building features include: concrete tilt construction and outfitted with truck docks with 130’ truck courts, 9’X10’ dock doors, clear height ranging from 28’ to 32’, 50’X 54’ column spacing, and ESFR fire sprinkler systems.

McClellan Logistics Center II is located along the I-80/Winters Street Interchange, minutes from downtown Sacramento. The site offers visibility from Interstate 80, and tenants will have access to McClellan Park’s many amenities, including an on-site hotel and dining, residential housing, UP/BNSF rail service, and the Sacramento McClellan Airport.
