LDK Ventures is a real estate development and investment firm known for large-scale commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects across the Western United States. Our portfolio includes McClellan Park and The Railyards in Sacramento, California – two of Northern California’s most significant redevelopment efforts – along with industrial/commercial and residential developments across Idaho and Nevada.
Now, we're bringing that same approach to the Southwest. LDK has opened a new regional office in Scottsdale, Arizona, to lead our expansion into Phoenix, Las Vegas and El Paso, building on the momentum already established in Idaho and Nevada. The office is led by Walker Durant, who joins LDK as Regional Vice President of the Southwest Division with deep, firsthand experience across these markets.
