Brand New Industrial Construction in Sparks
LDK Ventures acquired the Pioneer Logistics Center in November of 2022. The property at full build-out will total 1,378,080 square feet of industrial warehouse facilities. The project is located on 85 acres with great access to Pyramid Highway and Interstate 80. The property was previously owned by Lennar.
LDK plans to start construction in 2024.
