Warehouse Building in Sacramento
LDK Ventures acquired the 340,000 square foot warehouse building located on Belvedere Ave. in Sacramento, CA in 2015. LDK Ventures purchased the property as a value add investment with the near term roll on the leases of both existing tenants. Subsequently, LDK renewed both tenants at materially higher rents on long term leases. The building had some deferred cap ex upon acquisition and LDK has since made significant improvements that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of the building.
The project was sold in May 2022.
