Vice President – Senior Development Manager

Srinivasa Nookala is a Vice President and Senior Development Manager at LDK Ventures, LLC. Mr. Nookala is responsible for managing the developmental and construction efforts for LDK in the Treasure Valley area.

Prior to joining LDK Ventures, LLC, Mr. Nookala worked as a Project Director for Clayco, a Design Build general contractor based out of Chicago, Illinois. With Clayco, Mr. Nookala was responsible for executing and managing large complex construction projects. He oversaw the execution of the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Nampa, Idaho. In addition to the Nampa facility, he has also built similar fulfillment centers for Amazon in Chicago, Illinois; Baltimore, Maryland; Tracy, California; and Spokane, Washington. Mr. Nookala was also responsible for building the SK Innovation’s flag ship lithium-ion car battery plant in Commerce, Georgia.

Mr. Nookala’s other accomplishments include building a substation in NJ, an AQCS system for Otter Tail Power in South Dakota, coke battery for US Steel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and worked on a decommissioned nuclear plant in Genoa, Wisconsin.

Mr. Nookala’s experience working in various geographical locations, working closely with different municipalities, contractors, and dealing with unique challenges has made him extremely adaptable and versatile in managing the challenges brought on by construction projects.

Mr. Nookala holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras India; a master’s in civil engineering from Purdue University, Indiana; and is currently an MBA Candidate at Gies School of Business specializing in Strategy & Finance, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, Illinois. Mr. Nookala also holds a Professional Engineer license out of Oregon, focusing on construction.
