Josh Leachman is Senior Vice President of Project Development for LDK Ventures, LLC, an entity with a focus on value-add real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
Mr. Leachman’s primary responsibility is the execution of new real estate investment and development opportunities with a focus on implementing and transforming The Railyards – one of the nation’s largest infill development projects, located in Sacramento, CA.
Mr. Leachman’s work includes coordinating entitlements, community outreach and branding, government relations, engineering and design, and overseeing both infrastructure and vertical development construction.
Mr. Leachman received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Davis.
